Curious Facts: Mount Rushmore National Memorial is granite and consists of the 60-foot sculptures of the heads of former U.S. Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. It is located in the United States Presidential Memorial, near Keystone, SD.
 Some of the logs in Petrified Wood Park in Lemmon weigh more than 10,000 pounds.
 The Mammoth Site in Hot Springs has 100 Columbian and Woolly Mammoth fossils buried there.
