Calculating the Mean and Standard Deviation

The objective of this exercise is to more completely understand the logic of a standard deviation by calculating one by hand. You will need a calculator to complete this exercise. Following the example in Table 13.2, calculate the mean and standard deviation for the following distribution: 28, 30, 34, 38, 41, 41, 43, 48, 54, 58, 61.
