In 2001, the racial/ethnic categories of representatives remained the same as in 1999: Anglos, 108; Latinos, 28; and African Americans, 14. Likewise, numbers in these categories did not change in the Senate: Anglos, 22; Latinos, 7; and African Americans, 2.
