  1. Momias Chilenas: This is the personal website of Marcos Mateluna Echagüe. Although it is not an official institutional website, it provides a lot of good introductory information and photos. It includes information about the Chilean mummies as well as mummies from around the world.

  2. Momias Chinchorro de Chile: This website contains information from an article that appeared in National Geographic magazine about the mummies discovered in the Atacama Desert of Chile. It provides detailed information about the discovery and the mummies themselves, as well as many photos and scientific reconstructions.

  3. Rapanui: This website is run by the Gobierno Regional Quinta Región of Chile. It includes information on tourism to Easter Island as well as history, cultural and geographical information, and maps.

  4. Consejo de Monumentos Nacionales de Chile: Easter Island was declared a national monument by the Chilean government in 1935. This government-sponsored website includes information on Easter Island as well as other national monument sites of Chile.

  9. Comisión Económica para América Latina y El Caribe: CEPAL is a regional commission of the United Nations based in Santiago, Chile. Their site provides many reports and statistics on the economies of Latin American countries.
