What is a Bookmark?

Imagine you have a wonderful reference book with millions of pages, and you need to refer to a handful of those pages again and again. What would you do? You'd probably use post-it notes or bookmarks to mark those few really useful pages. You can do the same thing on the Web with bookmarks. Also called favorites, bookmarks can be saved on your browser to create a list that you add to over time.
