Read about the history and contemporary status of homeschooling, including various rationales for homeschooling in U.S. history, various ways that homeschooling is carried out and monitored by the states, and the results of homeschooling with respect to student learning and personal development.

  • invited expert
  • parent
  • public school representative
A moderator will facilitate the discussion, where talk show guests will debate the rationale, benefits, limitations and implications of homeschooling.
