- Congressional Research Service Reports: access to energy reports and issue briefs published by the Congressional Research Service.
- National Renewable Energy Laboratory: the website for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Colorado. NRE conducts research on renewable energy technologies including solar, wind, biomass, and fuel cell energy.
- Rocky Mountain Institute: homepage for the Rocky Mountain Institute, a non-profit organization that "fosters the efficient and restorative use of resources to create a more secure, prosperous, and life-sustaining world." RMI’s main focus has been promoting increased energy efficiency in industry and households.
- Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Network: website for the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Network within the U.S. Department of Energy. The site includes a large amount of information on energy efficiency and renewable energy sources as well as links to thousands of other sites.
