  2. Electricity Generation and Environmental Externalities: a report published by the U.S. Department of Energy that estimates the magnitude of the externalities associated with electricity generation.
  3. Association of Environmental and Resource Economists’ Newsletter: website for the most recent copy of a newsletter published by the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists, an organization "established as a means of exchanging ideas, stimulating research, and promoting graduate training in resource and environmental economics." The newsletter includes a few short articles on resource issues.
  4. Instruments for Change: a compendium of case studies of economic, regulatory, informational, and planning instruments designed to promote sustainable production and consumption.
  5. Center for a Sustainable Economy: the homepage for the Center for a Sustainable Economy, whose researchers "use economic modeling and policy analysis to determine the impact of environmental taxes, tax incentives, auctioned permits and similar market-based tools on the economy, the environment and society." The site includes several papers on environmental tax reform.
