Now that you have completed ON COURSE, it's time to assess the impact of your journey. The self-assessment questionnaire below is a duplicate of the one you took at the beginning of the course. Take it again. (Don't look back at your previous answers yet.) By comparing your first scores with your scores today, you'll see evidence of the changes you have made in your behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Acknowledge yourself for your courage to grow. Look, also, at the changes that you still need to make if you are going to achieve your greatest potential in life.

To get an accurate picture of yourself, consider what IS true about you (not what you want to be true). Compare your present scores with the scores you received on your first self-assessment test.
