But nothing seemed to help and she was exhausted before she even had to take the test. What test taking strategies could Melanie use the night before a tst in order to reduce or eliminate her test anxiety?

He also has no idea what kinds of questions will be used or what this teacher's test will even look like. He is so afraid of not studying the right information that he ends up spending incredible amounts of time studying everything. He just doesn't know what to expect. What strategies could Robert use to enter tests with a higher confidence that he studied the right information?

Beth is determined to do well on her final exams, so she decides to make a five-day study plan. She lists all the chapters, topics and materials that need to be reviewed. She divides the list into five parts. Each day she creates goals to review one of the five parts. She reviews by rereading the chapters and her notes twice. She will reread a third time if there's time available. She recites all the information in complete sentences and in her own words. Beth has a good beginning for a five-day study plan, but she is missing some of the key techniques to make this successful. What adjustments could she make to this plan to make it more effective and efficient?
