First download the file here
For Windows NT, XP, 2000,
On your hard drive, using Windows Explorer or My Computer, go to Winnt\System32\Macromed\Shockwave\Xtras and paste the downloaded file into the Xtras folder.
If there is more than one Shockwave directory (like "Shockwave 8" and "Shockwave 10") within the Macromed directory, paste the file in each Shockwave\Xtras directory.
For Windows 95, 98, and any earlier versions of Windows Operating System,
On your hard drive, using Windows Explorer or My Computer, go to Windows\System\Macromed\Shockwave\Xtras and paste the downloaded file.
If there is more than one Shockwave directory within the Macromed directory, paste the file in each Shockwave\Xtras directory.
For Macintosh,
On your hard drive, go to System Folder:Extensions:Macromedia:Shockwave:Xtras and paste the downloaded file.
If there is more than one Shockwave folder within the Macromedia folder, paste the file in each Shockwave:Xtras folder
