Chapter 2: Measurement and Calculations
Understanding the concepts

1. For practice with dimensional analysis, make sure that you can do Questions 2.58, 2.60, and 2.62 and Problems 2.64 and 2.66 from the text. Check your answers by referencing the answer appendix in the back of your text. The Solutions Guide has detailed solutions if you are stuck and need some help.

2. Open Key Words on the CD to test your understanding of important terms in Chapter 2. For each term, come up with your own definition; then check your definition by clicking on the specific term. Verbally defining the terms to a study partner is an excellent learning activity.

3. Test your understanding of Chapter 2 by taking the ACE quizzes on the student Web site
