  1. Use any available search engine to look up two of the companies that are discussed in this chapter as being involved in making organizational changes (Vivendi, Ford, DuPont, EDS, Context Integration, Avon, Schwab, Nokia, Honeywell/Allied Signal). You should look up the companies' web sites and utilize any of the several databases that have magazine, newspaper, and journal articles.

  2. Create and update report on these companies by describing how well the changes worked, whether the companies have continued the changes, and whether they have made even more changes.
