Step 1: Print these instructions so you can refer to them as you follow each step.

Step 2: Download the latest version of Stuffit Expander from Aladdin Systems, Inc. Click on the icon below to get Stuffit Expander and follow the instructions at their site.

Step 3: Once you have installed Stuffit Expander on your Macintosh, return to the PowerPoint slides page and download individual PowerPoint files.

Step 4: Download the PowerPoint (.exe) to your desktop (or a designated folder of your choice).

Step 5: You will need to decompress the files with Stuffit Expander. Launch Stuffit Expander and select "Expand" and choose the file that you want to decompress. Decompressed PowerPoint files are initially in "read only" format. Because these files that you are downloading were originally PC files, some fonts and formatting may not translate properly. To make changes, open the files in PowerPoint and save as them as "presentations." Files are then no longer"read only" and you can edit them.
