From Ernst & Young's global home page, select "About Us," then look at pages titled "Supporting Our People" and "Our Six Core Values." Return to the global home page, then select pages from "Working at Ernst & Young" and "Developing Your Career."
  1. How many different ways of accommodating employee diversity can you detect? What are they?
  2. Why does Ernst & Young work so hard on its diversity strategy?

Check It Out From your own experiences, you are no doubt aware that being interviewed for a job is stressful and difficult to do well. Well, the same is true for the interviewer. They don't have to worry about "getting" the job, but they have to worry about "getting" the wrong person for the job. Job.interview.net has some tips for interviewers. Read through these, then look at the bottom of the page. Choose an area and look at the suggested questions in that area.
  1. Do you think the suggested questions would be good at eliciting the kinds of information that recruiters need? Why or why not?
  2. Suggest at least one more question that would be helpful to interviewers, in the area you have chosen. What does your question add, in addition to what's suggested at the site?
