  3. Where is digital photography on the S-curve? Where is traditional photography? What are the implications of this comparison for Kodak?

  4. Identify Kodak's competitors in (a) its traditional film business and (b) the digital photography business. What are the implications of the change in the set of competitors confronting Kodak?

  5. How does the switch from traditional to digital photography change the economics of the photography business?

  6. Do you think that Kodak is pursuing the correct strategies to deal with digital substitution? What do you think is the long- term outlook for Kodak's business if it continues pursuing its current strategies? Do you think the company should make some changes? If so, what?
